Where plans become practice

Start in the kitchen

Even the best plan only works when it fits your home and your week.

Sherine helps you look at how you currently shop, store, prepare, and cook, then choose simpler routines that fit your week. She does not assess what you eat or tell you which foods are right for you.

  • ✓ Kitchen organization and busy-day routines
  • ✓ Grocery and preparation scheduling

Meet Sherine

Sherine Nayebdadash

Better choices started with her own everyday routines

For Sherine, change began close to home: morning walks with her German Shepherd, reading, visits to the farmers market, and finding prepared meals while she worked out her next steps.

She remembers the gap between deciding to do something differently and knowing how to organize the week ahead. That experience shapes Better Choices: begin with the routines you choose, make room for small steps, and have someone to check in with along the way.

Sherine's perspective comes from personal experience. She does not hold a formal medical, dietetics, nutrition, or health-coaching credential. Her role is structured conversation, encouragement, and accountability—not expert health or nutrition guidance.

What you can expect

Structured conversations, help organizing home routines, respectful accountability, and clear boundaries when a question belongs with a licensed professional.

  • No promised weight, laboratory, medical, or health result

Good questions, clear answers

Before we begin

Not sure whether this support is appropriate? Find your starting point first.

What experience does Sherine bring?

Sherine's perspective comes from personal experience building her own kitchen and home routines. She does not hold a medical, dietetics, nutrition, or health-coaching credential. Her paid role is structured accountability around routines clients choose for themselves.

What is outside Sherine's role?

Sherine does not review bloodwork or medical records, explain laboratory values, diagnose conditions, recommend or manage medication, provide nutrition advice, or set health targets. Those questions belong with an appropriately licensed professional.

Does Sherine tell me what to eat?

No. Sherine does not determine what, how much, or when a client should eat and does not provide meal plans, fasting or elimination protocols, supplement advice, calorie targets, or macronutrient targets. Clients choose their own food and follow medical or nutrition guidance from licensed professionals.

What do the accountability check-ins cover?

Clients may keep a private routine reflection for themselves. Sherine tracks whether a client followed through on a chosen routine—not the contents or nutritional quality of meals.

How often do we meet?

Build Your Rhythm includes a kickoff and five follow-up conversations over 12 weeks—every other week. Questions and accountability check-ins have clear weekly limits.

Where are in-person sessions available?

Online sessions are available. Limited local options near Laguna Niguel are confirmed during the introductory call, including location, travel coverage, and any fee.

How do payment and booking work?

Start with an introductory call and agree on the service scope and terms. Once online payments are available, Sherine will send a secure Square payment link for the agreed option. A payment does not automatically book a session; Sherine confirms scheduling directly. Read about payment and booking.

Are results guaranteed?

No. Better Choices promises defined time, structure, and support—not a particular weight, laboratory value, medical result, or timeline.
